“Experience a walk like no other, with a festival atmosphere, music, entertainment and spectacular firework finish. Bring your family, bring your friends and support people living with terminal illness in Northern Ireland.

Over 600 people have now signed up to the Marie Curie Twilight Walk on Friday 27th September at Barnett Demense, Belfast and we would love to see you there too. This year’s 7km circular route starts and ends at Belfast Activity Centre in the beautiful grounds of Malone House at Barnett Demesne. The walk will start at 7.30pm and we’ll be at the starting point from 6.30pm to greet you before you set off. It should take an average walker around one and a half to two hours to complete.  You can sign up for the event at www.mariecurie.org.uk/twilightwalk or call us on 02890 882060.

We also really need more volunteers to help support the event including setting up, registration desk and marshalling.  Anytime you could give would be much appreciated and please contact Emma at walkni@mariecurie.org.uk or phone 02890 882031 to find out more.”
