Join us for a six week study exploring some basic questions many people have about the Christian faith, the Bible, suffering and justice.
Tim Keller’s book, ‘The Reason for God’ explores these ideas and many more. He then invites folks from all walks of life to explore these questions together. The result is a helpful roundtable discussion where we get to eavesdrop on the conversation that allows us to have our own.
This is a great opportunity to ask some questions yourself and to invite someone along to explore our hardest questions that will spark an honest, enriching and humbling dialogue.
Session 1: Isn’t the Bible a myth?
Session 2: How can you say there is only one way to God?
Session 3: What gives you the right to tell me how to live my life?
Session 4: Why does God allow suffering?
Session 5: Why is the Church responsible for so much injustice?
Session 6: How can God be full of love and wrath at the same time?
We will gather in the Coffee Bar at 7:30pm for some refreshments and chat and then watch the sessions with Q&A to follow, finishing by 9pm.
Wednesday nights beginning 14th October.
