LIFE GROUPS
Life Groups consist of 8 to 12 adults and meet once every two or three weeks for around 1½ hours. They provide an opportunity to grow in our relationship with God, get to know others and be encouraged and supported in prayer. They also reach out to the local community and the wider world. There are a variety of groups which meet on different days and times including afternoons and evenings. To find out more about joining a group, contact the Rector.
MOTHERS’ UNION
St. Finnian’s Mothers’ Union meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7.30 pm in the Huston Hall.
A committee of 12 is elected every three years with an Enrolling Member and Secretary. They are responsible for preparing a programme for the year. An outing is also arranged and, usually at the end of the year, an enrolment service for new members. An annual subscription is paid to cover the expenses of speakers and suppers.
